ThermaShield® provides a reliable thermal barrier between your wires, hoses, and cables and the high‑temperature environments that surround them. It is engineered by laminating a reflective aluminized metal layer to a tightly braided fiberglass insulation, creating a system that deflects radiant heat and safeguards sensitive electronics, wiring, and fluid lines.

Available in four configurations — Tube, Convoluted, Wrap, and Flat — ThermaShield® offers a complete range of solutions to suit any application. The Wrap and Flat versions feature a durable, high‑temperature adhesive backing that eliminates the need for secondary adhesives such as high‑temp Mylar tape.

Built for extreme conditions, ThermaShield® products can withstand temperatures up to 1,200°F without delamination, brittleness, or adhesive failure, making them ideal for environments where radiant heat protection is critical.
